Like its other consoles, the Nt Mini and Super Nt, the Sega Mega won’t come with any games built-in. It’s about time to give Sega some love, right?Īnalogue announced that it’ll be releasing the Sega Mg – a $190 console that’ll play classic Sega Genesis, Sega Master System and Sega Mega Drive games on your new TV – in April 2019. There have been outliers, of course, such as the PlayStation Classic ($100), but most retro consoles have orbited Nintento’s universe. There are Analogue’s two consoles, the Nt Mini and the Super Nt ($190) too, which are more premium third-party consoles that have better sound, HD upscaling and actually play old Nintendo cartridges. In the past year or more we’ve seen the release of the NES Classic ($60) and the SNES Classic ($80). Nintendo enthusiasts seem to be getting most of the retro gaming love.
